Our Vision: to create an environment where children and their parents are loved, introduced to Christ, steeped in the Word, mentored in their walk with God, prepared for life in the body of Christ, and given the opportunity to honor God with their worship and service.

There are three weekly opportunities for our children to grow in their faith and thus three opportunities each week for volunteers to help make Christ known to our kids. From teaching to leading to serving behind the scenes, if you have a heart for children, we have a place for you to serve.

Sunday Mornings at Greenbrier FMC

Sunday School at 10:00 a.m.

This year during the Sunday School hour, we will be utilizing The Superbook  curricula which is a video based lesson that teaches the kids one of the Bible stories each week and a practical application to everyday life.  They enjoy following the time travelers back to learn some of the greatest stories in the Old and New Testament.

Wednesday Nights thru the school year for kids at 6:30 p.m.

A fun program for kids K-5th grade that leads our kids in a special time of discovering Jesus Christ. Each year they study a group of topics that also will lay a solid Biblical foundation for our children. Our Wednesday night programming follows the school year from the middle of August to the end of May. The topics and dates for this school year are listed below. If you would like to volunteer to lead or assist in one of these short-term studies for our kids please let us know. Each specific topic usually runs from 4 to 8 weeks.

Other Activities For Our Kids

GreenbrierFMC also plans other special events and activities for our kids that include pizza nights, movies, Marvelous Mondays/Thrilling Thursdays outings during the summer, and special back to school get togethers. We try to plan activities that balance fun, fellowship, and faith encouraging our kids to grow in their love for each other and for Christ.
